Sorry - Wrong Title Last Post

You may have noticed that I wrote “My Health Journey” as the original title to my last post - I’m sorry. I started out that direction but then was reminded of the direction I had intended to go with on the next article until I pulled it my phone and realized I left a draft.

For that I apologize because the message in the body was definitely not MY journey. However, that will be my next post - I love sharing my story of how far I’ve come in my health journey so that when I talk to you about health concerns you know I’m not just talking out my rear ended, it truly is with a lot of experience, research, and change. So with that I will leave you hanging on to knowing my next one should* be about my journey (unless the forgetfulness kicks in!)
